The Grand Tour – Amazon Prime VPN

The Grand Tour is the much anticipated follow-up to Top Gear. Former BBC presenters Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond are back for this Amazon Prime exclusive.

The Grand Tour will debut on 18 November 2016 and the new motoring show will be shown on Amazon Prime in the USA, UK and Germany. It is unknown whether Grand Tour will be streamed to other Amazon regions worldwide.

Why you can’t watch The Grand Tour on Amazon in other countries

As things stand Amazon intend to only show Grand Tour in UK, USA and Germany. Unlike Netflix you cannot simply use your Amazon account in any region.  You will need an Amazon account in the same Amazon Prime region you want to unblock i.e. for example a Spanish Amazon account will not give you access to American Amazon Prime.

Whilst using a VPN will allow you to switch countries the other issue is that you will need an American, British or German credit card.  Websites such as Fakenamegenerator.com may be useful when using Amazon.com (USA).

So how do you watch Grand Tour on Amazon Prime from anywhere?
  • Get an American, British or German IP address.
  • If you just want to watch on your PC, Mac or iPad. Then you can get a Proxy or VPN from Liberty Shield from only £6.99 per month.
  • Prefer to watch on supported media streaming devices? Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android, PS4, PS3, Roku, Smart TV or Xbox? You’ll need a USA, UK or German configured VPN Router setup as American for only £12.99 with Worldwide Shipping.

Once you have a USA, British or German IP address you’ll be able to visit the Amazon Prime website in those countries.

Of course Amazon Prime isn’t the only geographically-censored streaming service a USA VPN or Proxy will allow you to access.  Other USA services like Fox Soccer 2Go, ESPN, NBC Sports, Hulu, HBO, Netflix and Pandora are available!
